Parent Survey Winner!
Parent Wins $25 Gift Card
Ms. Chrisena Perry, parent of now 10th grader Shequille Perry, is the winner of a $25 gift card just for submitting her parent survey. At the beginning of the year, the Parent Coordinator distributed a survey to all parents asking for their opinion on what workshops and seminars parents would like to be involved in. Out of 200 families, only 18 surveys were returned. In June, a random drawing took place of all of the names of parents that had submitted surveys. Ms. Perry's name was chosen and she has received a $25 gift card to use as she pleases.
This survey will be redistributed again for the 2008-2009 year in the hopes that more parents complete and submit the survey. The main purpose of the survey is to promote and increase parent involvement at school functions and with the Parent Association.
